Search Tips: How to Use this Site’s Search Features to Maximum Advantage

The Northwest Foodservice Show website incorporates powerful search features that allow you to search out exhibitors by name or by product or service offered, view exhibitor profiles and to add those exhibitors to your own personalized expo plan. Exhibitors who have invested in Premium profiles may also have pictures and descriptions of the products they intend to feature at the show as part of their profile, as well as press releases and show specials.

Your personalized expo plan is a list of the specific exhibitors (and their booth numbers) that you don’t want to miss at the show. Add the exhibitors to your expo plan and either print that plan out and take it with you to the show, or view it from your mobile device.

How to Search and Build Your Expo Plan

  1. Select Floor Plan & Search Exhibitors from main menu.

  2. Select Exhibitor List for an alphabetical list of all Northwest Foodservice Show exhibiting companies:

  3. Search Exhibitors – by Company Name or Product-Service Offered
    Use the Advanced Search option (Adv. Search) to find a specific company by name, or to pull a list of companies offering a particular product or service. You can then add any number of those companies to your own personalized expo plan of exhibitors you don’t want to miss seeing at the show.

    Searching by product-service will result in a list of all companies at the show that have identified as being a provider of that product of service. To search for a particular product, click the arrow in the “Sub Product Categories” box, then select the product-service you would like to see a list of exhibitors for.

    You can view each exhibitor’s profile page by clicking on their name in the list of search results.

  4. Creating Your Personalized Expo Plan:
    You can create a personalized expo plan of exhibitors (and their booth numbers) that you don’t want to miss at the show. To do so, simply click the    icon that appears to the left of that exhibitor’s name. I searched “Frozen Foods” and came up with the following list:

    I then clicked the    icon next to both Bridgford Foods and Hope’s Cookies, thus adding these companies to my expo plan. Once clicked the icon changes to a    icon to show that it has been selected (a minus sign, to indicate that you can click it to remove it from your expo plan). I can then click “My Expo Plan” to see these exhibitors listed as follows:

    The    icon indicates that the exhibitor has an expanded, or premium listing. The will highlight that exhibitor’s booth on the floor plan.

  5. Print Expo Plan: You will need to login to print your expo plan, or to save your expo plan to add or remove exhibitors to it on another day. Click the    icon to login. If it is your first time logging in, you will need to enter a valid email address and password. If you have previously logged in and have forgotten your password, you can have the system email it to you.

    Once logged in, you can print your personalized expo plan, and the system will remember the exhibitors you selected so that you can add to or remove exhibitors at any time prior to the show.
