2011 Application for Exhibit Space

Please note:

• Reclaim Deadline: July 31st, 2010
  All 2011 booths subject to reclaim through July 31st by former exhibitors from the last Portland show.
• Priority Hierarchy:
  Priority for booths not reclaimed by July 31st will go to former exhibitors from the 2009 show who are requesting booth space changes from their prior location, and exhibitors who participated in the 2010 show. Priority among these two groups will be determined by the date upon which a completed booth space application was received.
• Exhibitors New to the Show:
  All booths not reclaimed or selected by prior exhibitors by July 31st will be made available to new exhibitors after that date on a first-come, first-reserved basis. New exhibitors may reserve booth space right now – you don’t have to wait until the expiration of the reclaim deadline. Your booth space application will be date stamped for your place in the queue for unreclaimed booths. Your booth will be assigned upon conclusion of the July 31st reclaim deadline.
