Reserve Booth Space

Reserve your booth space today for the next Northwest Foodservice Show! Reserving booth space is easy -- simply follow the steps below:

  1. Select Your Space

    View the online floor plan. Select any booth currently shaded in blue, which signifies that is available (booths shaded in yellow have been reserved, and booths shaded in green are temporarily on hold).

  2. Complete the Booth Space Application Form

    The form is available as a fillable pdf document via the link above. Return the form any one of the following ways:

    • Online: Complete the form and click "Submit" to automatically send. Be sure to save a copy for your files. Please check back with us within 48 hours if you do not receive an emailed confirmation indicating that your form has been received.
    • As an Email Attachment: Save the form to your desktop, and email the form to johns@nwfoodserviceshow.com
    • Fax: Fax the form directly to (503) 682-4455
    • Mail: Mail the form to the following address:

Deposits: Please note that the appropriate deposit must be received prior to your booth space being officially reserved. Deposits can be paid via check or credit card. Feel free to call the show office if you wish to provide credit card information over the phone. If you are sending your form via mail, please call or email the show office to let us know that it's on the way so that a temporary hold may be placed on your space, thus preventing another exhibitor from claiming that same space while the form and deposit are in transit.

All final booth space reservations are contingent on show manager approval to avoid conflicts with potential competitors, and for logistical reasons related to facility infrastructure (for those exhibitors who require water or drain access).
