Online Registration

Online early registration is free to pre-registered attendees; this option will be available after January 1, 2014. Registration includes access to the Chef Demonstration Stage, Tasting Pavilion (21 years and older) and education sessions. Special training and certification classes require separate registration and payment.

April 14: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (ProStart student entry 2-4:00 pm)

Tasting Pavilion

The Northwest Foodservice Show offers a unique opportunity for you to sample some of the finest craft brewers, distillers and vintners from around the Northwest. Be sure to stop by the Tasting Pavilion and get your taste on!
