The Tasting Pavilion showcases the finest beers, wines and spirits from around the Pacific Northwest and beyond. If you are a manufacturer, importer or wholesaler of alcoholic beverages or related products, sign up for exhibit space in the Tasting Pavilion for maximum visibility and the opportunity to sample your beverages!

AVAILABLE BOOTH TYPES

Counter (for up to 2 servers) – $500
Includes 6′ skirted counter, counter-height chair, identification sign and waste basket. Floor covering optional at exhibitor’s expense.

Booth (for up to 3 servers) – $1,000
Includes 10′ x 10′ booth space, back wall drape and side rail drapes, identification sign and waste basket. Floor covering optional at exhibitor’s expense.

TASTING PAVILION HOURS

Sunday, April 23, 12:00 – 5:00 pm
Monday, April 24, 12:00 – 4:00 pm

Attendees must be 21 years or older to access Tasting Pavilion. Show management will arrange for staff to check IDs at Pavilion entrance.

SAMPLING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Each participating exhibitor is required to provide appropriate sampling cups. Sample sizes are restricted to the following as per WSLCB requirements:

Beer: No more than a 2 ounce sample per serving.

Wine: No more than a 2 ounce sample per serving.

Liquor: No more than 1/2 ounce sample per serving.

SERVER PERMITS & INSURANCE

Each participating company is required to submit to Show Management the server permits of all individuals who will be pouring samples at the Show by April 1, 2017. Additionally, servers must have a copy of their server permits on-hand for presentation at the show in the event of a visit by an WSLCB inspector.

The participating company must have obtained and sent to Show Management proof of a liquor liability endorsement of no less than $1 million, naming Northwest Foodservice Show as an additional insured party.

ICE ORDERS

Ice is not provided by the Show. You can pre-order ice and water or it will be available for purchase on show site. If you would like to pre-order, please download, complete, and submit our form.
