Exhibitor Services
Booths come with 8’ back-wall pipe & drape (staggered black and gold) and 3’ draped side rails (black), one 7” x 44” company identification sign, and a 10 ½ gallon wastebasket (per exhibitor).
Please note that booths DO NOT come with carpet or floor covering.
Carpet or floor covering is required for your booth. Exhibitors may provide their own, or may rent from the show decorator, DWA. Booths without floor covering may be carpeted at exhibitor expense at the show.
Booths do not come with optional furniture or utilities. Please arrange for the furniture or utilities you may need, or you may rent furniture and utilities through the show decorator, DWA.

DWA Show Decorator Exhibitor Services Kit (“The Kit”) (PDF: 58 pages)
This is the exhibitor kit with all order forms. DWA is the show’s official decorator and can be used for carpet, backdrops, furniture, signs and banners drayage services and more. Utilities such as electrical services, water or drain connections, AV services, internet or other telecom needs are provided by Washington State Convention Center contractors. Lead retrieval devices are courtesy of American Tradeshow Services. Order forms for all and more are included in the Exhibitor Services kit.

Vendors Offering Samples of Alcoholic Beverages – Permits Required
Manufacturers, importers and wholesalers of alcoholic beverages must possess a valid Washington State Liquor Control Board Class 8 Permit. Any vendor offering samples of alcoholic beverages must comply with the alcoholic beverages sample size limits (see the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions, Section 9).
Class 8 Permit Application ($25)
Application by a manufacturer, importer or wholesaler, or by a vendor that manufactures or sells a product which cannot be effectively presented to potential buyers without serving it with liquor (alcoholic beverage allied mixer companies).
