Presenting Education Sponsor (exclusive) $5,000
Presenting Educational Program sponsor for all speakers and educational seminars portion of the show. Company name/logo appears where speaker/educational seminars are mentioned pre-, during-, and post-show. Also printed on “at show” signage, pre-show media articles and ads. Includes comp convention location (in association with education program) with sponsor materials and signage (i.e., cross marketing company’s booth in the exhibit hall). Company representative to introduce the featured speaker(s), mention their company tie-in and “thirty second commercial” to the attendees.
Featured Show Sponsor of the Day (limit two) $3,000
Highlighted as the sponsor of the day (Sunday or Monday) with on-site signage and promotion on the show floor. During-show acknowledgements with promotion (as developed with individual sponsor) directing for attendees to sponsor’s booth. Generate guaranteed traffic to your booth! Includes pre-, during-, and post-show acknowledgement in Show Guide, and associated onsite promotion.
Supporting Speaker Sponsorship $2,000 SOLD!
A co-sponsorship of the speakers and educational seminars portion of the show – featured both show days. Includes onsite exposure with show signage, product merchandising, speaker introductions, Show Guide listings and more! Example: (Your Company) presents the Northwest Foodservice Show Seminars.” Company can merchandise products to attendees at breaks as appropriate.
Chef’s Demo Area (exclusive) $6,000
Sponsor has full name association with all demonstration area attractions, can be presented in various forms whether company presentation, manufacturer presentation, etc. Includes chef’s cooking demonstrations or associated demonstrations under development. Sponsoring company’s booth could be located nearby for cross marketing. Sponsoring company could provide all food products used in this area.
Multiple Page Web Site Sponsor $3,000
Your (236x50px) company logo presented on the home page, attend page, and events page of the NWFS web site.
Web Page Sponsor—Home Page $1,500
(Quantities Limited to Space Available) Your (236x50px) company name or logo presented on the Home page of the NWFS web site. Page is a general introduction to the Show and a welcome page to both exhibitors and attendees.
Web Page Sponsor—Attend Page $1,000
(Quantities Limited to Space Available) Your (measurement) company logo presented on the Attend page of the NWFSW web site. Page includes general show information of interest to show attendees.
Parking Sponsorship (exclusive) $2,000 SOLD!
Extensive marketing of your company as the provider of complimentary parking to all attendees, before, during and following the show. Drive attendees to your booth with promotional tie-ins!
Lanyards (exclusive) $2,000 plus cost of Lanyards
Company name provided on show lanyard (for name badges). Exposure to all show attendees. Lanyard selection coordinated with sponsor for cost, style, color.
