Booth Pricing

Reserve booth space early to maximize your opportunities for booth placement on the show floor and to take advantage of all pre-show marketing opportunities.

Please note: A minimum deposit is due for all booths reserved through November 30th. Booths reserved after that date must be paid in full at sign up. All booths payments are due in full no later December 31st, 2011.

What Comes With My Booth?

Please note that mandatory carpet or floor covering, or optional furniture (including tables and chairs) or utilities (including electrical) are not included with the booth package. These items will be available online as exhibitor services beginning in November, 2011.

All exhibitors receive the following as part of their standard booth package:

Standard 8' booth back wall draping, and 3' draped side rails.
Complimentary in booth trash removal.
Access to complimentary refrigerator and freezer storage.
Access to complimentary dishwashing & grease removal stations.
One 10 ½ gallon wastebasket (per exhibitor).
Online virtual trade show "Standard" listing (attendee searchable by alpha or by product-services offered. A "Standard" listing includes a company profile and basic contact information. Upgrade to an optional "Premium" listing ($50) to allow for photos, product descriptions, a company logo, and a direct URL link back to your company's own website.)
Five staff badges per each 10' x 10' exhibit booth.
Show Guide Listing: By alpha, and by product-service offered. Company must reserve space and have their information entered prior to the show guide print deadline. Exhibitors who miss the show guide listing deadline will be listed in the show guide addendum insert (alpha only, and at-show distribution only).

Early Bird Discount: (EXPIRED)
Reserve booth space by September 30th to take advantage of Early Bird pricing!
Association Membership Discount:
WRA and ORLA members – leverage your association membership into booth space savings. Association members save $100 per booth up to a maximum of $500. Not yet a member? Become one at any time prior to the show and we'll apply your discount retroactively. Exhibitors with three booths or more, your booth discounts will likely offset your membership fee, making this a slam dunk – it's like getting a free membership to the association of your choice added in to your booth package!

Volume Discounts:
For exhibitors requiring larger amounts of space, volume, or multi-booth discounts will save you additional money. Volume discounts are calculated after membership discounts.
