The tent stakes have been pulled up on the 2009 Northwest Foodservice Show!

With enough business and Big Top atmosphere to bring a smile to PT Barnum, the show dazzled the crowd assembled at the Oregon Convention Center this past March 29-30. More than 7500 attendees registered for the event, which featured 441 vendor booths, a Chef Demonstration Stage, a full roster of free educational seminars, a New Products Showcase, the Under the Green Top! eco-friendly products showcase – and of course, clowns, circus music and prize drawings.

Former Exhibitors:

The reclaim period for former Northwest Foodservice Show exhibitors (2008 Seattle / 2009 Portland) is now open and continues through July 15. Exhibitors from the 2008 Seattle show have until then to reclaim their former booth space. Requests from 2008 exhibitors for booths located elsewhere on the show floor, and from 2009 Portland show exhibitors, will be made contingent on whether the exhibitors who had those booths in 2008 have reclaimed them by the cut-off date. Priority will be granted based on deposits received and on a first-come, first served basis according to the date the Application for Exhibit Space was received.

New Exhibitors

New exhibitors, and those who last exhibited prior to the 2008 show may request first, second and third choice booths from the floor plan prior to July 15. Priority will be given to former exhibitors (2008 Seattle / 2009 Portland) during the reclaim period. New exhibitors will be assigned booth space according to their preferences after July 15, with the earliest received completed Applications for Exhibit Space assigned booth space first. Former exhibitors requesting booth changes by July 15 will have priority for requested booth space over new exhibitors requesting the same space.

All booth space after July 15 will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of prior show history.
